I am excited to introduce the first of what will be a recurring series of blog posts. It is called “Popping Plain.” In these posts I am going to show you many different ways to spice up a simple outfit. For example, everyone has a favorite pair of jeans and a classic white t-shirt, and it only takes one or two stand-out pieces to make the simple outfit not so plain. I want to show you how to make that outfit stand out in a crowd! For my first “Popping Plain”, I think this pink beanie and scarf are a great example!READ MORE
First of all, Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope you all are having a wonderful holiday with your friends and families. I don’t know about you, but after Thanksgiving I am not feeling so great about myself. After eating an obscene amount of potatoes, bread, tons of sugar…and lets not forget the wine!…a trip to the gym is much needed. Wearing tight tops ain’t gonna happen, so I need something loose. This sweater is so oversized and comfy that if you’re anything like me, it will hide your Thanksgiving regrets perfectly!
Hi All! Another stop on our road trip from California to Indiana was Aspen. It was my fave!! It was the cutest little town and now I want to live there. Edward and I went out to dinner at the cutest restaurant called “Meat & Cheese.” I mean as soon as I heard that… I was in. What more do you need? I wore this jacket from Nordstrom as we were out and about and it was perfect! We walked around town getting drinks and observing the quaint life of aspeniers. LOL yes I just made that up. The weather was nice. There was only a little bit of rain, I was in love and it wasn’t even snowy! I can’t imagine how gorgeous and picturesque it must be in the winter, covered in white! I guess we must go back!
